2010 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo
We enjoyed our time in the Lone Star State where we attended the Texas Energy Alliance Expo and Annual Meeting. Next stop on the conference circuit is Bismarck, North Dakota for the Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo that runs from May 2-4.
The expo targets those with an interest in the oil and gas industry in the Williston Basin, which is in Bakken Shale. The conference will also cover other "hot plays" including Three Forks and Lodgepole and look at deep and shallow plays in the Basin.
North Dakota Governor John Hoeven, Clarence Cazalot of Marathon Oil Company and Jim Volker of Whiting Oil and Gas are the keynote speakers.
